CRISPY Chipotle Tofu Tacos! These are LEGIT my fav vegan tacos I’ve ever had! My trick to getting the crispiest tofu in this recipe is tearing it into chunks with your hands and then seasoning it BEFORE adding the cornstarch. It turns out so crispy and makes for a great meat substitute. I stacked my tacos high with a simple crema sauce a mango avocado salsa which both help cut the heat from the Chipotle tofu.
