Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz has authorized the National Guard to provide support for this weekend's winter storm, which is expected to bring heavy snow to parts of Minnesota.

There have been no big changes to the forecast overnight.

Delta Air Lines is issuing waivers for any flights that have to be rescheduled due to winter weather in Minnesota and for much of the Upper Midwest.
