Russian authorities report 201 Ukrainian drones downed overnight in the Moscow region in the escalating conflict.

Russian strikes killed one person and wounded at least seven others in Ukraine, authorities said this morning, while Moscow officials reported downing more than 100 drones heading towards the capital.

Russian defense officials said Sunday's activity marked the highest number of Ukrainian fixed-wing drones ever destroyed in one day at 1,478, the state-owned RIA Novosti news agency reported.
