The US Treasury has decided to extend a sanctions waiver allowing trade in Russian seaborne oil for another 30 days.
Oil prices rose late Monday morning after Axios reported that the U.S. has rejected a 14-point peace proposal that Iran submitted to Pakistani mediators. The White House didn’t immediately respond to Barron’s request for comment.
