Russia pummeled the Ukrainian capital Kyiv and several other regions in ​a massive aerial attack, officials said on Thursday, killing at ‌least one person and wounding dozens.

The western Khmelnytskyi region came under attack, the regional governor said, adding ​that three people had been ​wounded.
