LONDON (AP) — A man has been arrested on suspicion of possessing an offensive weapon after reports that the former Prince Andrew was threatened by a masked man while walking dogs near his home.

A man was arrested for public order offense and possession of a weapon near the home of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, the brother of King Charles III.

Former Prince Andrew was reportedly left "shaken" after a masked man confronted him near his Norfolk home, sparking renewed royal security concerns.

Prince Harry is said to view the alleged masked harassment of Prince Andrew near Sandringham as proof his UK security fears are real, as a 39‑year‑old man faces harassment charges.
