Israeli airstrikes hit Beirut's southern suburbs on Sunday, hours after the Hezbollah militia launched another drone attack on northern Israel.

Lebanon joined the conflict in early March after Hezbollah fired rockets into Israel following the killing of Iran's supreme leader, prompting Israeli air strikes and a ground offensive.

According to news agency AFP, the strike caused panic in the area, with people searching for survivors as smoke and dust rose from the building and its debris covered the street.
