Israeli airstrikes hit Beirut's southern suburbs on Sunday, hours after the Hezbollah militia launched another drone attack on northern Israel.

The Israeli military said it launched strikes on Beirut on Sunday targeting Hezbollah infrastructure, despite ongoing efforts to negotiate an end to the U.S.-Iran war.

Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, Iran's speaker of parliament and chief negotiator with the United States, accused Washington of "giving the green light" to Israel for its attack on Dahiyeh.
