BEIRUT, March 8 (Reuters) - At least four people were killed when an Israeli strike hit an apartment in the Ramada hotel building in central Beirut early on Sunday, with Israel saying it targeted Iranian commanders operating in the Lebanese capital.
Lebanon on Sunday said that Israeli overnight airstrikes on its capital, Beirut and places in southern Lebanon killed at least 15 people and wounded another 15, the country's National News Agency reported,
Some Israeli strikes also hit other parts of the Lebanese capital, with 12 people reportedly killed along the seafront.
