Tehran responds to eighth consecutive night of American strikes
Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps on Tuesday reported attacks on American bases in Jordan, Bahrain, Kuwait and other targets in West Asia.
The US-Iran conflict has entered one of its most dangerous phases as Washington expanded its military campaign into a sixth consecutive night of strikes, targeting military sites as well as key infrastructure across southern Iran.
In addition to military air bases and docks, Iran also claimed to have destroyed the Batelco intelligence data center in Bahrain. Previously, Iranian state media referred to the target as Bahrain's main artificial intelligence center. However, in a recent statement, the IRGC identified the target as the Batelco intelligence data center.
The United States expanded its attacks against Iran early Friday by hitting more bridges and energy sites and collapsing a tower at a key Iranian port, backing up President Donald Trump’s threats to target infrastructure to pressure Tehran to ease its chokehold on the Strait of Hormuz.
