Eight Democrats filed to replace Graham Platner as Maine's Senate nominee, but his grassroots network warns support won't automatically transfer.

The revelation of that tattoo last fall — yes, Platner pretty much started his campaign with an October surprise — should have been a dealbreaker.

"It's getting ugly," one Democrat said of behind-the-scenes tensions that have bubbled up online around the Platner debacle.
