Republican Clay Fuller was sworn into the U.S. House on Tuesday night, officially taking office as the new representative for Georgia's 14th Congressional District.

Voters in northwest Georgia go to the polls on Tuesday to elect a representative to fill the seat held until January by Marjorie Taylor Greene. Clay Fuller, a Republican allied with President Trump, faces Shawn Harris, a Democrat, in this heavily Republican rural district. See results from the March special election.

Greene left Congress earlier this year after a dramatic split with US President Donald Trump.
