By Rich McKay ATLANTA, March 2 (Reuters) - Prosecutors told jurors on Monday that a father armed and enabled a school shooter, giving his troubled son a rifle for Christmas that the son allegedly used to kill two students and two teachers and wound seven others at a Georgia high school.
