A man has died in a two-car crash in the Lake District. Cumbria Police said a Ford and a Dacia collided on the A66 near Thornthwaite, in the Keswick area, shortly after 01:00 BST on Saturday. The driver of the Dacia - a man in his 40s - was pronounced dead at the scene.

1 person is dead and two people have been injured after a three-vehicle crash happened on Highway 31 between Brownsboro and Chandler on Saturday.

An initial investigation found that a truck was driving westbound on Highway 126 approaching the Hallock intersection when it collided with a vehicle facing the same direction, police officials said.
